Hello there, I’m Sybille. I am a Certified Life and Wellness Coach, a mother of two teenagers, expat for over 20 years. And I still love every moment of it.

I strongly believe that you are not defined by your actions but by who you are. And you are 100% lovable, no matter what.
Finding the way to love yourself unconditionally is the key to wellbeing.
Chasing recognition in your actions, or chasing happiness in a relationship will bring you no good if you don’t start by loving yourself first. The activities you do, your goals or the people you want to be with are all external factors. They fill your life with fun, love and excitement. But you cannot rely on them to make you happy. 

Happiness comes from within you. 

My story

I hit rock bottom many years ago. For me it was a wake up call when I got rid of my fear and anxiety by learning how to live with them! You hear me well. The secret of living in harmony with yourself is not about positive thinking at all times. It’s about accepting to live with the negative aspects of life.  The negative can be turned into something positive. It might sound strange but this is the key to what we call ‘’happiness’’, and I will give you the tools to get there. 

Nowadays I wake up every morning with a smile, feeling energized. Eager to enjoy life and make the most of it!
That’s why I became a Life and Wellness Coach. I want to help other women feel the same and share my lust for life. 

But enough about my story, this is not about me.
This is all about you!

Why a

Some people might get confused with the difference between therapy and coaching. There are many similar tools used during therapy and coaching sessions. Both services are tremendously helpful and can be used simultaneously. Therapy brings the patient from a space of dysfunction to function, whereas coaching brings people from simply functioning to being amazing. Coaching doesn’t dwell on the past but it focuses on the present and future.

I like the image of the coach being the person who lifts you up and takes you from here to thereThere being the place where you want to be and where you make full use of your potential. Where you are moving forward. In short, the coach guides you towards becoming the best version of yourself! 

So why me?

Mostly I’m a fun, non-judgmental combination of a wise, experienced, confident, and friendly woman. I have made my journey. I will not be your best friend who tells you what you want to hear. But I will always make you feel comfortable, while making sure I will tell you what you need to hear.

A healthy diet goes hand in hand with a healthy mind. More than ever we now understand the importance of taking care of those two pillars, for a better life! While working on your mindset we will also work on your physical health, in a holistic approach. 

I will help you navigate the discomfort while reaching your goals. Discomfort doesn’t mean you need to turn back. On the contrary it is a sign that you are on the right path to success.
